Assigning paid chores to your own children is a SphereUs℠ Premier feature. As the guardian-employer, you control the task, the pay, and the schedule; the platform handles compliance, hours, earnings tracking, savings tools, and Academy℠ badges. No school enrollment, no ombudsman, no waiting.

School partnership is optional
SUN Youth℠ is valid and valuable with or without a relationship with your student's school. A school partnership unlocks funding (Title I, Perkins V) and official work-based-learning credit — but it is not required to assign family chores or build your teen's work history and financial-literacy skills.

Funded seats, official WBL hours, CTE pathway credit, and school-authorized neighborhood gigs.
